I've only been working with digital water colors for a little while. But I decided on this one to mix it up and do a black and white background with beautiful color blooms in the forefront.
I used a combination of different software programs to get the effects. I first did a reversal and then layered the color tree over the black and white background, leaving the background slightly faded. Then with a different program used a medium brush to create the blossoming tree. As I was creating this, this verse came to mind, which to me seemed to fit the picture and our times.
These are times we need to be applying ourselves to Mt. 6:33 and keeping our eye on the Lord to seek Him first. Thanks for stopping by, Blessings! Bill
