As I was doodling with some graphics, the Lord brought this verse to mind about being skilled in your work.  I determined then, even though I didn't have the training as an artist, I wanted to do all my work in a skilled manor to glorify the Lord.  This is a double reverse with a cube graphic effect.

It's fun to design these graphics and see where the Lord leads you.  Many times I end up "Messing up a picture", as my sons call it, and in the "doodling" there comes a design that you really love.  In the process of doing that "doodling", the Lord often brings a verse to mind and I plug it into the graphic.

It all has been a growing process for me.  I remember many years ago dialing into the internet, waiting forever for a picture I liked to download, and then praying over a verse that would go with the picture.  In those days, I didn't have the software tools we have today, so I had to just leave the pic as it was and enjoy the blessing of plugging a verse with the picture.  To me, at the time, it was meaningful and a blessing because it allowed me to visualize the scripture and see the verse illustrated through the picture.

It reminds me of a very godly man who influenced my life greatly during my college years, Bill Gothard.  Bill teaches that one of the highest forms of worship is to visualize and harmonize the word.  I agree.  Here is a link to his site today... http://iblp.org/iblp/
